Need an easy healthy nice recipe for weekend meal?
Try this one. :) I always have this soup every Sunday in my home, because my mum knows that i like it.
This Pork Rib soup is very famous. :) The taste is rich, and the garlic make it healthy for body. Lets check it out, how easy is to prepare this meal :)
You will need :
- Pork Rib Spices. (available on the supermarket, herbal shop, even a traditional market)
- Unpeeled Garlic, 2-3 whole clove, wash it, just dont peel it.
- AHA. Discounted price pork BBQ/Steak meat.
- Beautiful Pork Ribs.
- Additional : U may use pork sweet intestine if u like or pork liver.
- Boil 6-7 bowl of water
- Put the pork rib spices inside.
- Put the unpeeled garlic, pork steak and pork ribs into the boiling water.
- Stir it a while.

Ok, now u can have a cup of coffee. To wait until the meats tender, usually needs 1 hour or more. If u have a meat presto, the time will be shorter. Just put the boiling soup in the medium, and let it boil until the meats tender.
Put a half tea spoon salt. Taste it, this depends on how salt usually u like your soup :D
After cooked for 1,5 hour, usually u needs to add a glass of water. :D

Hubby prefer a bit darker for the soup, so i add 1 spoon of black soya sauce. :D
I cooked this for about 1,5 hour , and the meat is so tender. And the taste is right. So please try it... :D
